All orders at MasterDreamBodies receive FREE DELIVERY, if the bill amount is more than 1000 rupees. Within one or two days of receiving your order, we ship the product(s) and you will receive the products between 2-5 days time. We only send through well known courier services to guarantee that your product gets to you as soon as possible and intact. After your product has been dispatched, you can track it online through the concerned courier services. These are our shipping partners: The Professional Couriers, FedEx, Blue Dart and DHL.

Return Policy

Products bought directly from MasterDreamBodies through the website may only be returned if all of the following requirements are met:

MasterDreamBodies must receive the products within 7 days of your delivery; after this time, no returns will be accepted.
Dietary supplements and other consumable products returns are only accepted if they were purchased through www.masterdreambodies.com and the product was physically damaged during shipping or if you discovered some unusual defects in the product at the time of receiving the product. You must provide your Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.

Attention – When you find that the product is eligible for return, make sure that the product is not opened.

Before returning a product, please get in touch with us at +91-90030 15957 during regular business hours (9.30 am to 6 pm IST). When placing an order on the website, you will be given an Order number. After contacting us through the phone, you will be provided with a return authorisation number and information on how to finish the process once we’ve made the decision to receive the product from you. All reimbursements will be made to the Bank account number given to you during this process only after the examination is done. Please allow at least 15-20 days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
